At By Giulia, we want your purchasing experience to be as effortless and enjoyable as our linen. For select pieces and special collections, we may offer flexible ways for you to acquire our throws, such as through subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy outlines how these special arrangements work and how you can manage them with ease.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer the opportunity to pre-order a piece from an upcoming collection or a limited-edition restock. This allows you to reserve a sought-after item before it becomes generally available.

To secure your piece, we may collect a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method. The remaining balance will be processed automatically when your order is ready to be fulfilled and shipped from our studio.

Should you change your mind, you are welcome to cancel your pre-order at any point before it has been fulfilled. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned in line with our standard Returns Policy.

At-Home Curation (Try Before You Buy) currently not available

To ensure a piece is the perfect fit for your space, we may occasionally offer an At-Home Curation service.

When you select this option, we will authorise your payment method and send the item to you. This allows you a set period to experience the piece in your own home—to feel its texture, see its colour in your light, and appreciate its drape.

If you decide it's not quite right, simply return it within the trial period. If you choose to keep it and make it a permanent part of your story, you need not do anything; your payment method will be charged for the full amount once the period concludes.

Our Seasonal Subscription Service

For our most cherished essentials, our subscription service ensures you receive your favourite pieces on a recurring basis, based on the duration and frequency you select (monthly, bi-monthly, seasonal or 6 or 12 monthly). It is the most seamless way to build your collection or share the gift of comfort.

Your payment details are stored securely, and your payment for each delivery will be processed automatically. For your convenience, some subscriptions may be set to auto-renew.

Managing your subscription is simple. A direct link in your order confirmation email will take you to your personal portal, where you can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
