We want you to adore your By Giulia piece. Our throws are crafted to bring a lifetime of comfort and beauty into your home, and it’s important to us that you find the perfect one. If for any reason it isn’t the right fit, we are here to help.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it: unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
To Begin Your Return Journey
To start a return, please contact us at store@bygiulia.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to our studio. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final credit or refund.
Your By Giulia Credit & Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it has been approved.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued as a By Giulia Credit. This is a gift of choice, with no expiry date, allowing you to select the perfect piece from our current or future collections at your leisure. Your credit will be sent to you via email and is ready to use immediately.
We understand that there are exceptional circumstances. Refunds to your original payment method are processed in cases where an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If approved for a monetary refund, please be aware it can take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at store@bygiulia.com.au.
Damages and Issues
We take the utmost care in crafting and sending your order. Please inspect your piece upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Our promise is to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges
For the swiftest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once your return is accepted and your By Giulia Credit is issued, you can place a new order for your desired piece.
Exceptions
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For Our European Union Customers
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must meet the same eligibility conditions as mentioned above.
