Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines the details of our shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard & Express Shipping: Shipping charges for your order are carrier-dependent and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be able to choose from the available carrier options.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.

Gold Coast Same-Day Delivery

We are pleased to offer a same-day delivery service for customers located on the Gold Coast for a flat rate of $30 AUD.

To be eligible, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed after this time or on a weekend/holiday will be delivered on the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, most of Europe.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@bygiulia.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
